Since its founding, Strowd Roses has awarded over 300 grants totaling more than $2.6 million to some 160 different programs in the Chapel Hill and Carrboro communities. Some 55% of these grants have gone to support education- or child welfare-related projects, with the balance for health care, the arts, special services to Latino and senior citizens, recreation and the environment.
